SNT - Proactive Policing Update

While on routine patrols in the Wembley Park area, officers from Barnhill SNT, PC CHOWDHRY 3493NW & PCSO SINGH 7080NW noticed a vehicle acting suspiciously. The vehicle was stopped and officers engaged with the driver.

Checks revealed that the driver was driving without a driving licence, driving whilst disqualified, and had no insurance.

PC CHOWDHRY 3493NW arrested the male for driving whilst disqualified at the scene, and the vehicle was seized and taken to the pound.

This is part of our ongoing work to keep the streets of Wembley Park/Barnhill safe, disrupt criminal activity and ensure that unsafe, uninsured and unlicensed drivers are removed from the roads. These types of offences put the public at risk and tackling them is a key part of our neighbourhood policing work.
